Carer Connect is a module to The ICT Bureau's Agency Manager scheduling software. Providing staff with an up to date, mobile times sheet and the facility to operate a call monitoring system. The application requires a staff login. This application uses the GPS feature of the device to record an accurate position for call monitoring. Please note continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life however steps have been made to reduce the use of the GPS feature where possible.
