Disregard. The Amazon app for mobile phones needs to be installed for this to work. If you have a Nexus 7 like I do, Amazon for tablets is installed. You can get the mobile version from the Amazon App Market.
This is not a Prime video app. It simply launches Amazon in the default browser and nothing more.
