Description of xMissedCall Patch

I can't test it on all devices, so don't be surprised if it fails. I'll try my best to make it work on all rooted devices.

This is a patch to clear missed call notifications for exDialer on android 2.3.x, by installing a tiny package named xMissedCall as system app. Before patching, make sure your phone has been ROOTED, or it will fail. Compatible with exDialer v66+.
